The posted compensation range of $96.00 - $110.00 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Details
As our Breast Imaging Radiologist, you will join our dynamic healthcare team, specializing in providing high-value, top-quality diagnostic and interventional breast care, making a significant impact on the health and well-being of the communities we serve.
Every day you will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, interpreting studies, performing procedures, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic care journey of our patients. We empower our providers by offering comprehensive resources to ensure they can focus on what matters most – caring for patients and serving their communities.
To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board-certified, and compassionate Radiologist with fellowship training in breast imaging. You will possess expertise in identifying and diagnosing breast pathologies, alongside strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment, upholding the highest standards of medical ethics.
- Provide services at or above the customary practice standards in the community, within your qualifications and experience.
- Adhere to the standards and principles of medical ethics of the American Medical Association, and all recognized associations or accrediting boards concerned with Breast Imaging Radiology.
- Participate in weekly breast conferences with Oncology/Surgeons to ensure coordinated, multidisciplinary patient care.
- Utilize home workstations, with the option to read remotely after hours or on weekends, to increase production and maintain work-life balance.
- Collaborate with our Physician Group's resources, including supply chain expertise, technology implementation trainers, contracting experts, centralized credentialing, financial reporting/modeling, and communication, to optimize operational efficiency.

Job Requirements
Required
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology & fellowship trained in Breast Imaging.
- Successful completion of a residency or fellowship commensurate with the area of specialty.
- Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the applicable state.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an unrestricted Drug Enforcement Agency ("DEA") registration.
- Board certified or eligible in the appropriate specialty (Diagnostic Radiology with Breast Imaging fellowship), by a board acceptable to the Hospital.
- Ability to obtain Medical Staff Privileges within the Health system, at sponsoring institutions.
- Strong clinical skills with experience in breast imaging and intervention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
Preferred
- Experience with a variety of breast imaging modalities and interventional procedures.
