The posted compensation range of $124.00 - $125.00 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Pediatrician - Full-Time Opportunity in Thriving Stockton Practice

Pediatric Associates of Stockton, a well-established and physician-owned practice, is seeking a motivated and compassionate full-time Pediatrician (4 days/week) to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, outpatient care to a diverse patient population. This is an exceptional opportunity for new graduates or experienced physicians to join a collaborative environment with a clear path to partnership. 

Our Practice Culture: At Pediatric Associates of Stockton, we foster a collaborative and supportive environment where every team member is valued. We are a 100% physician-owned practice, meaning our owners make all key decisions, ensuring a focus on quality patient care and physician well-being. Our team of 4 MDs and 3 NPs works together to deliver comprehensive pediatric care. We believe in providing a positive work-life balance, as evidenced by our 4-day work week and outpatient-only focus. We are looking for individuals who are not only skilled clinicians but also team players eager to contribute to a thriving practice with a strong sense of community.

Job Highlights:

  • Well-established, physician-owned outpatient pediatric practice.
  • Voted "Best in San Joaquin" annually since 2009
  • Full-time, 4-day work week, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • Average 20-25 patients per physician per day, 
  • Diverse patient population from birth to 21 years old.
  • Home-call only. No hospital or nursery call.
  • $260,000 Salary + Signing Bonus + Relocation.  (Productivity-based compensation structure with income guarantee potential.)
  • Vacation, malpractice coverage, health insurance, retirement matching. (Not currently able to sponsor H1-B or J-1 visas.)

Job Requirements
  • Successful completion of an ACGME accredited residency training program
  • Board-eligible/board-certified in pediatric medicine
  • CA license
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric care principles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
