Job Summary and Responsibilities

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, a part of the Pacific Northwest Division of CommonSpirit, is actively seeking a highly motivated and skilled Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join our team in Silverdale, WA. 

We are seeking a Full-Time Urologist to join an existing practice based at St. Michael Medical Center in Silverdale, WA.   St. Michael’s is a 336 bed, Level III trauma center located in Silverdale, WA.  SMMC’s new campus opened in 2020 and features state of the art technology and ecological design.  There are robots on site for cases if needed.  Applicants should be interested in a wide variety of general urology cases and doing clinic, rounding, and OR.  Fellowship training is welcome.  The call schedule is 1:7.  Candidates should be collegial team players with good patient and customer service skills.

We are offering a two-year salary guarantee over $600,000 with ability to earn more on wRVU model.  Great income potential above 75th%ile benchmarks!  Comprehensive benefits which include health, dental, vision, malpractice coverage, CME, time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.  Relocation Assistance and Starting Bonus are available.

Job Requirements

  • Medical Degree
  • Board Certification/Board Eligible Urology (ABU)
  • NPI, Washington State Medical License, and DEA in good standing with no restrictions
  • Stable work history with excellent clinical outcomes

The position is located at St. Michael Medical Center in Kitsap County.  We are located on the Peninsula where you'll be surrounded by water in every direction, mountains, beautiful landscapes, and fresh air!  This is a great place to visit or live for outdoor enthusiasts.  Many outdoor activities that include hiking, biking, kayaking, and whale watching! There are views of the Olympic mountains to the west and nearby walking & hiking trails. If you prefer to venture off into the city on your days off Seattle is just a ferry ride away.
