Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican is seeking a full-time Rheumatologist to join our practice in Santa Cruz, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual rheumatology practice within a collegial, mission-driven, and multidisciplinary team.

- Independent, full-scope rheumatology practice within a multispecialty group
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions, including RA, lupus and osteoporosis
- Collaborate with a team of internal medicine and specialty providers for comprehensive patient care

Qualifications
- MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Rheumatology (ABMS or AOA)
- Ability to practice autonomously as a solo rheumatologist
- California medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Passion for building programs and leading with clinical excellence
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills in a team-based, patient-focused environment
