Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our OB/GYN team in Santa Cruz, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional care to women across all stages of life.

Opportunity Highlights:

  • Full-time outpatient position within a well-established OB/GYN team
  • Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians and other care team members in providing routine obstetric and gynecologic care
  • Responsibilities include well-woman exams, family planning, and gynecologic care including new patient consults, follow up care and pre- and post-operative care
  • Assist OB/GYN physicians in the operating room
  • Participate in care coordination, preventive screenings, education, and patient counseling
  • No hospital call duties
  • Mission-driven practice with a strong focus on community health and access to care

What We Offer:

    • Nurse Practitioner Salary: $138,767 - $155,419 DOE
    • Physician Assistant Salary: $145,035 - $162,439 DOE

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program with active California licensure
  • National certification as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or Physician Assistant
  • Experience in obstetrics and gynecology preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
