Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our OB/GYN team in Santa Cruz, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional care to patients. The CNM will provide comprehensive women’s health services including prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and well-woman care in both the outpatient and hospital settings. Our team is committed to patient-centered care, teamwork, and serving the diverse community of the Central Coast.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Full-time outpatient position within a well-established OB/GYN team
Full-scope midwifery care with physician collaboration
Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient obstetric care
- Participate in care coordination, preventive screenings, education, and patient counseling
- No hospital call duties

What We Offer:

- Annual Salary: $138,767 - $155,419 DOE

Qualifications
- Active California Certified Nurse Midwife licensure
- Active RN license
- Experience in obstetrics and gynecology preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
