Notice of Intent to file a labor condition application to file an application for permanent employment certification.
Position Duties:
Provides outpatient and inpatient pulmonary and critical care evaluation and patient care to patients on a full time basis, including on-call duty.
Performs a variety of diagnostic measures to assess breathing problems and lung diseases and uses oxygen therapy to treat respiratory diseases and provide mechanical ventilation.
Develops and maintains a working relationship with local physician offices to provide both direct and consultative services.
Prepares medical record entries as required by hospital policies, medical staff bylaws, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications
• MD or DO Degree and Board Certification
• Completed ACGME Residency training with current ABMS Board Certification
• Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital/surgical privileges at CHI Mercy Medical Center
• Must obtain Oregon medical licensure prior to starting the position
