Join our dynamic, well-established ophthalmology practice in the heart of the Umpqua Valley, Southern Oregon. We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join our growing team of 2 ophthalmologists and 1 optometrist. A subspecialty interest in glaucoma or cornea is a plus, but not mandatory.

- Work-life balance: 4-day work week with 1-1.5 days dedicated to the OR.
- Surgical volume: You will have the opportunity to perform 500-700 cataract surgeries annually, with approximately 14 cataracts per OR day.
- Clinical volume: Manage 30-35 patients per day in a well-equipped clinic with 5 exam rooms, supported by a scribe and 2-3 dedicated technicians.
- Glaucoma focus: Ample opportunities for MIGS or incisional glaucoma surgery.
Our practice has a strong referral network, supported by a robust reputation among local optometrists and patients alike. Additionally, our experienced staff, both clinical and surgical, are dedicated to ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for physicians and patients.

Please note: There is no risk of conversion to private equity. Additionally, call duties are shared equally among the ophthalmologists in the community, with a moderate call burden (0-3 clinical add-ons per day) and minimal after-hours cases or consultations.

- Board certified or Board eligible
- Obtain state licensure
