Job Details
Mercy Radiology Group, a large well-established and physician-owned radiology practice, is seeking talented Radiologists to join our expanding team in Redding, California. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a supportive and collegial environment while enjoying an outstanding quality of life in a vibrant Northern California community.
POSITION:
- We encourage applications from radiologists with expertise in Body, Breast, MSK, Neuro, Nuclear Medicine, and/or Pediatric imaging.
- Enjoy a flexible hybrid work model with a mix of onsite and remote responsibilities.
- Achieve a healthy work-life balance in a location renowned for its outdoor recreational opportunities.
- Schedule 8a-5:30p, 4 days/week
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Opportunity will vary based on specialty and may include advanced outpatient imaging, ER/inpatient radiology, general radiology, and remote clinical work from home.

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
- Competitive Compensation: $500,000 - $550,000 with partnership profit distribution of approximately $100,000+. Total base annual partner compensation = $650,000+
- Significant opportunities for internal moonlighting, extra shifts, additional lucrative per-click compensation.
- $75,000 sign-on bonus (for full-time)
- Relocation bonus available
- CME stipend and annual home/personal equipment budget

- 8 weeks vacation
- PSLF Eligibility: This position meets eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.

Our experienced radiologists and certified technologists utilize the latest diagnostic equipment to deliver fast and accurate results. With nearly 70 radiologists, we provide comprehensive radiology services at Dignity Health Advanced Imaging locations throughout the greater Sacramento area and Redding.

Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Procedures: Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures; provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
- Quality Improvement: Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement.
- Compliance: Adhere to ethical standards and stay informed about healthcare regulations.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on medical advancements and participate in ongoing education and training.
Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiology.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability and willingness to participate in general radiology is preferred.
- This position is eligible for H1B Visa sponsorship.
