Dignity Health Medical Group – North State is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to join our well-established Orthopedic team in Redding, CA.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $145,000–$155,000 + productivity incentives

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

• Current and unrestricted California license and certification

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Orthopedic Surgeryrequired

• First-assist surgical experience and comfort in both clinic and OR settings

• Ortho Spine experience preferred
