Compensation Range: $235,135 - $277,651 / Year

Redding is truly the "Choose-your-own-adventure" town with two reservoirs just minutes away, the mighty Sacramento River flowing through the center of town, 225 miles of trails within a 15-miles radius, an active musical theater scene, state and national parks, and hunting and fishing opportunities galore. Want to spend the weekend in the city? Sacramento is just over two hours away through easy farmland and the bay area is only about three to four hours from Redding. Want to refresh your spirit by dipping your toes in the ocean? A quick three hour drive takes you through bigfoot country to the northern CA coast. • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
• Provide consultative services to other healthcare providers.

Quality Improvement:

• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
• Review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Implement changes to enhance patient care and safety.

Compliance:

• Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice.
• Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Participate in quality audits to ensure adherence to standards.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay abreast of medical advancements and best practices.
• Participate in ongoing medical education and training.
• Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.

• A valid and unrestricted California medical license
• Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
• Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
