Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is seeking a full-time clinical and academic physician for the multidisciplinary Infectious Disease service line in its flagship location of St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Monday-Friday, 8a- 5p, with rotational weekend hospital and call coverage (average 1:4)
- Provide clinical supervision and teaching for residents and medical students
- Be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides excellent care for all patients
Qualifications
- A passion for providing clinically excellent care
- MD or DO degree
- Successful completion of an ACGME accredited residency program and an Adult Infectious Disease fellowship
- Active/Eligibile board certification Internal Medicine / Infectious Disease
- Must have or be eligible for an AZ State medical license
- Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital/surgical privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
