Responsibilities

Specialty: Otolaryngologist

  • Structure: Employed
  • Why need exists: Provide the community with quality of health care
  • Decision Makers: Harry Geller, CEO/President
  • Clinic Schedule: 40 hours
  • Call: 10 days per month
  • Responsibilities: Team Medicine Clinical Appointment
  • Provide a cohesive working relationship and mentorship with all co-workers
  • Provide a cohesive clinical best practice model with Advanced Practice Clinicians and Director of Physician Clinics


Qualifications
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible - to be completed within 5 years of residency.
  • DEA/ CSR Requirements: Must possess a valid Oregon DEA, OR License and Medical Malpractice Insurance 
  • Medicare/ Medicaid requirements: Must accept all Medicare/Medicaid/Tricare – no sanctions
  • Certification Requirements (BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, etc.): BLS Preferred
