Dignity Health Medical Group - Ventura County is seeking a Pediatrician dedicated to delivering high quality, compassionate care to our wonderful community of Ventura County in Oxnard, CA.

What we offer:
- Competitive Compensation & Total Rewards Package
- Compensation Range: $260,000 - $280,000 / Year
- Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans and CME allowance
- Sign on bonus up to $40,000
- Relocation assistance up to $20,000
- Quality bonus up to $15,000 annually

Qualifications
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license
- Board eligible or board certified in Pediatrics (ABMS or AOA)
- Completion of an accredited pediatric residency program
- Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care for pediatric patients
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
