Job Details
CHI Health Clinic is actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to join our established practice on West Maple in Omaha, Nebraska. CHI Health Clinic has primary care clinics across Nebraska and Southwest Iowa.

Responsibilities
Practice Highlights
- Outpatient only
- Full-time is 36 patient facing hours per week
- Average of 20-24 patient visits per day
- 4 or 4 1/2 day work week

Qualifications
- One year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Primary Care required
- Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from accredited program
- Certification by a nationally recognized certification organization
- Nebraska License required
- Nebraska DEA required
- BLS
