Dignity Health Medical Group – Northridge, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Urgent Care Physician to join our well-established outpatient practice. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive urgent care services in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive Patient Care: Deliver high-quality, compassionate urgent care to patients of all ages, addressing a wide range of non-emergent medical conditions, minor injuries, and acute illnesses in a timely manner.

  • Efficient, Evidence-Based Treatment: Perform thorough evaluations, establish accurate diagnoses, and implement patient-centered treatment plans grounded in current clinical guidelines and best practices.

  • Collaborative Teamwork: Partner with a dedicated team of providers, including advanced practice professionals, medical assistants, and clinic staff, to ensure cohesive, efficient, and respectful care delivery.

  • Clinical Procedures & Diagnostics: Perform minor in-office procedures, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and adjust care plans based on clinical findings to support optimal patient outcomes.

  • Patient Education & Preventive Guidance: Educate patients and families on health conditions, preventive strategies, and follow-up care to empower them in managing their health and well-being.


Qualifications

  • A valid and unrestricted California medical license
  • Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
  • Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
  • Ability to practice with a high level of compassion and collaboration
