Our wonderful medical group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our well-established Family Medicine team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a fully outpatient setting while being part of a mission-driven organization committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

What We Offer
Competitive salary, commensurate with experience + productivity incentives
- Nurse Practitioner Salary: $130,000 - $145,000 annually
- Physician Assistant Salary: $135 - $150,000

Responsibilities
Patient Assessment and Diagnosis:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
Treatment Planning and Management:
- Develop and implement patient care plans.
- Prescribe medications and therapies.
- Provide health promotion and disease prevention education.
Collaboration and Consultation:
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Consult with physicians and specialists as needed.
- Coordinate patient care across various settings.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 1 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a clinical setting required, 2 years is stronglypreferred.
- A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
- Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
- Completion of state mandated educational courses
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
