Dignity Health Medical Group – Northridge is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established outpatient clinic in Northridge, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, mission-driven environment focused on comprehensive primary care and population health.
Opportunity Highlights
- Full-time, outpatient primary care position at a busy, multi-specialty clinic
- Collaborate with a team of experienced family medicine physicians and APPs
- Provide care for patients of all ages, with a focus on wellness, disease prevention, and chronic disease management
- Conduct routine exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans
- Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships in a team-based, patient-centered care model
- Supported by on-site lab, imaging, and specialty services
- Monday–Friday schedule, no call or weekends required

- Salary Range:
- Nurse Practitioner Salary: $130,000 - $145,000 annually + productivity incentives
- Physician Assistant Salary: $135 - $150,000 annually + productivity incentives

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current and unrestricted California NP or PA license
- National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
- 1+ years Family Medicine or Primary Care experience preferred
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
- Commitment to providing compassionatet care to a diverse patient population
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
