Dignity Health Medical Group – Northridge,a member of CommonSpirit Health, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our full-time Core Faculty team at Northridge Hospital Medical Center. This is a unique opportunity to impact the next generation of physicians while maintaining a meaningful outpatient clinical practice.
Opportunity Highlights
- Serve as core faculty in a well-established, ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program
- 70% academic / 30% outpatient clinical role, with patient care provided through DHMG Northridge Medical Group
- Lead and participate in resident education, clinical precepting, didactics, curriculum development, and scholarly activity
- Collaborate with a dynamic, mission-driven faculty team in resident recruitment, evaluation, mentorship, and continuous program improvement
- Enjoy protected teaching time, administrative support, and the opportunity to shape future family physicians
- Practice in a community-based setting with a focus on health equity, culturally competent care, and serving a diverse patient population
What We Offer
- Competitive salary, sign on and relocation assistance
- Salary Range: $280,000 - 303,000 annually
- Sign on Bonus up to $125k
- Relocation Assistance up to $20k
- Student loan repayment up to $100k
- Annual Quality Bonus up to $30k

Qualifications
- MD/DO
- Completion of an ACGME accredited Family Medicine residency program
- BC in Family Medicine (FM)
- Must possess or have an ability to obtain an unrestricted California medical license prior to employment
- Previous experience as a Faculty Family Medicine Physician is strongly preferred.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in word processing and communication software.
- Knowledge of clinical practice laws, ethics, and ACGME requirements for graduate medical education.
- Familiarity with ACGME requirements, ABFM standards, and California licensure regulations.
