Dignity Health Medical Group – Merced is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Primary Care Physician (IM Physician or FM Physician) to join our growing multispecialty group in Merced, California. This opportunity is perfect for a compassionate and collaborative provider who is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, community-based setting.
- Outpatient-Only Primary Care Practice – Provide comprehensive care for a diverse patient population in an established and growing outpatient clinic
- Employed Position with a Mission-Driven Organization – Join a physician-led medical group committed to compassionate, high-quality care in underserved communities
- Flexible Scheduling for Work-Life Balance – Enjoy a healthy mix of work and personal time with flexible hours and limited call requirements (telephone call only!)
- Team-Based Approach to Care – Collaborate closely with experienced primary care physicians, advanced practice providers, care coordinators, and specialists
- Strong Referral Network and Growing Patient Demand – Benefit from a built-in referral base and consistent patient volume
What We Offer
- Competitive salary, sign-on, and relocation assistance
- Salary Range: $250-290k annually + productivity incentives
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $125k
- Residency Stipend: $24k
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $20k
- Annual Quality Bonus: Up to $30k

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA certification
- Passion for primary care with experience in preventive medicine and chronic disease management and minor office procedures
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
