Dignity Health Medical Group – Merced is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngology (ENT) Physician to join our growing multispecialty group in Merced, CA. What We Offer:
- Competitive salary, sign-on, and relocation assistance
- Salary Range: $475,000–$500,000 annually + productivity incentives
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $40k
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $20k

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Otolaryngology
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain) and DEA registration
- Strong clinical and communication skills with a commitment to team-based care
- Interest or experience in program leadership and development preferred
- Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse and underserved community
