The posted compensation range of $128,346 - $141,856 / year is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As our Internal Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will serve as a healthcare cornerstone in a close-knit Minnesota community, making a tangible impact on patient lives. You will perform chronic disease managementpreventative care, and diagnostic evaluations, fostering long-term patient relationships and contributing to a community-focused healthcare system. This is an exceptional opportunity for an Internal Medicine PA, Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) seeking a fulfilling career in a rural healthcare setting with a strong emphasis on community health and patient-centered care.

Job Requirements
  • Nurse Practioner or Physician Assistant degree from an accredited institution

  • Active or eligible license in the state of Minnesota

  • Strong clinical skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, families, and healthcare professionals

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

  • Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to children and families

Snuggled in the heartland of Minnesota, Little Falls is known for its historic charm, natural beauty and small-town atmosphere with big city attractions. Whether you've come to shop, take in our parks and museums, or participate in any number of activities, we know you'll be pleasantly surprised to find that Little Falls has it all. Little Falls is located in Morrison County in Central Minnesota and on the banks of the Mississippi River. A community of approximately 8,500 residents, Little Falls has small-town charm with numerous opportunities to visit, shop, and dine. Many of our attractions are within walking or biking distance. Visit the Historic Downtown and stop in at the Great River Arts Center to view the many extraordinary talents of local artists. Walk the grounds of Linden Hill Conference and Retreat Center and Lindbergh State Park, and visit the childhood home of local hero Charles A. Lindbergh. Other sites of interest, rich with history, are the Minnesota Fishing Museum and the Charles A. Weyerhaeuser Museum. A short drive north takes you to Camp Ripley where you can spend time at the Minnesota Military Museum or the Camp Ripley Environmental Center. Just east of Camp Ripley you have the opportunity to honor veterans with a visit to the breathtaking Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery. Relax and play 18 holes of golf at the scenic Little Falls Country Club along the Mississippi River or take the family on a tour of the wildly populated Pine Grove Zoo!
