As our CRNA, you will join CHI Health Clinic, a member of CommonSpirit Health™, and become part of a collaborative, well-established anesthesia team of 5 anesthesiologists and 11 CRNAs serving CHI Health St. Francis and Grand Island Ambulatory Surgery Center in Grand Island, Nebraska. New graduates are encouraged to apply! This is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in a supportive, family-oriented practice known for its low turnover, strong mentorship, and commitment to exceptional patient care. You'll practice at a 153-bed Level III Trauma Center with an academic affiliation through Creighton University School of Medicine.

Every day you will provide high-quality anesthesia care across a diverse range of surgical specialties, including general surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology, urology, ENT, and neuroscience. You'll work in state-of-the-art operating rooms that opened in 2021 and feature advanced technology, including the Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system. You'll collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, hospitalists, intensivists, and other subspecialists while caring for patients in a facility that includes a 16-bed open ICU with after-hours eICU support. The practice utilizes the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system to provide seamless, coordinated patient care.

To be successful in this role, you will be a patient-centered CRNA who values teamwork, clinical excellence, and compassionate care. Whether you are an experienced provider or a new graduate, you'll thrive in a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth, mentorship, and work-life balance while practicing to the full scope of your education and training. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a respected anesthesia team dedicated to serving the Grand Island community while building a long-term, fulfilling career.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package designed to support you and your family while you focus on providing exceptional patient care. Our package includes competitive base salary plus a geographic adjustment and quality bonus, as well as an education stipend and/or starting bonus of up to $45,000. You'll also receive comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA), mental health and well-being resources, retirement plans, relocation assistance, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, a generous CME allowance, and 7 weeks (280 hours) of paid time off plus 6 paid holidays.
