The posted compensation range of $240.00-$432.00/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Desert Cardiology & VascularCenter, a busy, successful and established interventional cardiology group in Henderson, NV, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Interventional Cardiologist.

The Opportunity:
- Practice Name: Desert Cardiology & Vascular Center
- Immediate hire, start date flexible
- Join established and skilled Interventional Cardiologists in one of the best neighborhoods of Las Vegas (Henderson)
- Established practice (20+ years) with robust referral bases and significant patient demand
- Outpatient and Inpatient duties including ability to perform/learn:
- Complex coronary and high risk procedures (CHIP)
- Structural heart interventions (TAVR/PFO closure)
- Endovascular interventions (peripheral arterial/venous/endovascular aortic repair, EVAR)
- Strong referral volume to pursue advanced cases based on your prior experience (MitraClip/Watchman)
- Strong collaboration and congeniality among providers
- Robust mentorship for recent graduates, the ability to tailor your practice/procedures based on clinical interest
- Shared call ratios (1:4 weekend rounding)
- Tenured and well-trained support staff with very low turnover
