Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is actively seeking highly patient-centric physicians to join the Family Medicine Residency Program Faculty at our Gilbert Clinic in Gilbert, Arizona.

Opportunity Highlights:

  • Outpatient + Inpatient 
  • Outpatient Mon-Fri days, Inpatient Tues-Mon days
  • Flexibility to work 4 longer days or 5 regular
  • Call is 1:4 or less (by telephone only)
  • A combination of direct patient care, precepting residents, and admin/economic time
  • Inpatient: Every 4th week or less frequently, 1 week at a time x 7 days with compensation days provided 
  • Avg 18-24 patients per day on outpatient days
  • Great MA support + RN onsite

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • MD or DO Degree
  • BC/BE in Family Medicine
  • Completion of an ACGME accredited residency
  • A passion for teaching and providing clinically excellent care 
  • Must have or be eligible for Arizona State medical licensure
  • Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
