A Growing Network of Excellence
Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is expanding oncology services to reach more patients in community settings while maintaining seamless access to our larger, integrated cancer network. We are currently hiring for positions in:
Tacoma (St. Joseph Medical Center)
Federal Way (St. Francis Hospital)
Gig Harbor (St. Anthony Hospital)
Bonney Lake (VMFH Clinic)

Our Gig Harbor practice, based at St. Anthony Hospital, is a thriving, community-focused oncology center with a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional cancer care. The practice includes:
Medical Oncology services, offering personalized cancer treatment plans.
An onsite partnered Radiation Oncology service, ensuring seamless, coordinated care.
Surgical Oncology specialists collaborating on complex cancer cases.
A state-of-the-art, 13-chair infusion center with breathtaking views of the lush local forest.

Responsibilities
We have an exciting opening for an experienced Hematology-Oncology physician to join a growing medical oncology practice in Gig Harbor, WA. Candidates should be interested in participating on a dynamic team to shape a newly established practice, while forming good relationships with our existing employed physician referral network.
The practice is adjacent to the hospital, offering both inpatient and outpatient oncology services to a rapidly growing community. As part of our team, you will work alongside local and regional cancer care specialists, all dedicated to improving quality, enhancing patient experience, and advancing clinical standards for those we serve.
Qualifications
- Medical Degree
- Board Certified Hematology and Oncology (ABIM)
- Unrestricted Washington State Medical License prior to start date
- DEA with full prescriptive authority
