We currently seek a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our community partner, Healthy Living Primary Care. Healthy Living Primary Care is a highly regarded and well-established group in Folsom, CA, that has a strong reputation of providing exceptional patient care and for 5-star patient satisfaction scores.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with a team of experienced physicians and APP’s
  • Enjoy a high tech, beautiful and modern practice, offering well-rounded primary care services including:
    • Behavioral health
    • Weight management
    • Chronic care management
    • Remote patient management
  • Profit from an ability to quickly build your practice due to significant patient demand
  • Achieve autonomy in your practice, with an environment that will enable you to have ample time with your patients (30 minutes per encounter)
  • Work in an outpatient setting only, with an average of 15-16 patients per day.  See more if you want!

Qualifications
  • Completion of an ACGME accredited residency training program
  • BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.  
  • A commitment to providing patient-centered care
