Emergency Medicine APP

As our Emergency Medicine APP you will join a respected, well-established team at CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson, playing a vital role in our fast-paced, dynamic emergency department. You will be empowered to practice at the top of your license, managing a diverse patient population ranging from urgent care needs to acute life-saving emergencies. We offer a competitive base salary of $136,677–$151,065, paid relocation up to $7,500, and full Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility, ensuring your professional and financial growth in a community that truly values your expertise.

Everyday you will diagnose and treat various medical conditions, developing and implementing comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans while maintaining precise clinical documentation. You will collaborate closely with experienced physicians and interdisciplinary teams, participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes. Working a 12-hour shift-based model with no call requirements, you will provide essential care to the Dickinson community while enjoying an exceptional work-life balance that allows you to take full advantage of the nearby Theodore Roosevelt National Park and the local outdoor lifestyle.

To be successful in this role you will be a board-certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) with a commitment to excellence in patient-centered care. You must possess the ability to communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams, maintain high ethical and compliance standards, and demonstrate a dedication to continuous learning.
