Overview
The Dignity Health Medical Group is seeking an Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon for our Level 1 Trauma Center in the East Valley of the Phoenix Metro area.

The Orthopedic Trauma surgeon will report to the Chief of Orthopedic Trauma Physician Services and Ultimately the Chair of Orthopedics for all employment, professional and quality-related responsibilities. The surgeon will play a role in the development of the growing Orthopedic Department. The surgeon may be asked to participate in recruitment and hiring of team members as needed.

- Based out of Chandler Regional Medical Center (CRMC)
- Coverage includes Mercy Gilbert Medical Center; emergent coverage may include St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center
- Work Schedule 1:6 call
- Full APP call coverage 24/7
- Dedicated 3 ortho trauma OR rooms/staff 7 days/week
- Academic Position with Creighton Medical School – Phoenix

Minimum Requirements
- MD/DO
- Fellowship Training and American Board Certification in Orthopedic Trauma
- Must have or be eligible for Arizona state medical license
- Acceptable completion of an ACGME accredited residency program with current ABMS board certification
- A passion for providing clinically excellent care
- Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
