Dignity Health Medical Group - Bakersfield, is a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation and is aligned with Dignity Health, the largest hospital system in California. Our wonderful medical group is seeking an experienced (ENT preferred), enthusiastic, team-oriented, Advanced Practice Provider to join our ENT service. Post training practice experience is required.

Competetive Earnings Package
- Compensation Range: $140,000 - $165,000
- Productivity bonus, sign on bonus and relocation assistance

Responsibilities
Patient Assessment and Diagnosis:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
Treatment Planning and Management:
- Develop and implement patient care plans.
- Prescribe medications and therapies.
- Provide health promotion and disease prevention education.
Collaboration and Consultation:
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Consult with physicians and specialists as needed.
Qualifications
- A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
- Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
- Completion of state mandated educational courses
