Our multispecialty group, Dignity Health Medical Group – Bakersfield, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible ENT Physician to join our team in Bakersfield, California. If you’re eager to practice where collaboration meets compassion and every patient story matters, we want to hear from you!
Practice Highlights:
- Join an experienced ENT in a collaborative, supportive group setting
- Full-scope practice, including outpatient clinic, outpatient surgery center, and hospital consults
- Focus primarily on adult cases, with occasional pediatric cases
- Emphasis on high-quality care rather than patient volume
- Dedicated MA team to streamline workflow and enhance patient care

- Mentorship and collaboration with experienced colleagues
- RN Triage during after hours and weekends

- Competitive Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $475,000–$500,000 per year
- Excellent earning potential with a salary guarantee period and productivity bonus

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology (ABMS or AOA)
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license
- DEA Certification
