Dignity Health Medical Group – Stockton is looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to practice alongside our primary care physicians in Stockton, CA.
Practice Highlights Include:
- Join established multi-specialty group
- Alignment with Dignity Health, largest hospital system in California
- 100% outpatient practice; no call
- Flexible hours (10AM-6PM, 11AM-7PM, 12PM-8PM)
- Enjoy Sunny California with easy access to San Francisco, Napa, Monterey and Lake Tahoe
- Compensation Range: $105,000 - $125,000 / Year
Responsibilities
Patient Assessment and Diagnosis:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
Treatment Planning and Management:
- Develop and implement patient care plans.
- Prescribe medications and therapies.
- Provide health promotion and disease prevention education.
Collaboration and Consultation:
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Consult with physicians and specialists as needed.
- Coordinate patient care across various settings.
Qualifications
- A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
- Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
- Completion of state mandated educational courses
