Pediatrician Opportunity in Santa Cruz, CA - 

Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican, a multi-specialty group in Santa Cruz County is looking to add a collaborative, patient-centric BE/BC Pediatric Physician to our expanding Pediatrics Team in Capitola, CA. We are affiliated withDominican Hospital, which features a Level 3 NICUwith onsite Neonatologist support.

This unique position offers the opportunity to bridge the gap between hospital-based acute care and the outpatient setting within a small, but growing coastal city. Here, you’ll truly grow to be a part of the Santa Cruz community. Join our established team of 6 Physicians and 1 APP and make an impact today!

Compensation/Benefits Include:

  • Guaranteed annual salary: $275,000 - $285,000, DOE

Job Requirements
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification or eligibility in pediatrics.
  • Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of California.
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric diseases, treatments, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, parents, and healthcare team members.
  • Empathy and patience when working with children and their families.
  • Attention to detail and ability to make accurate diagnoses based on comprehensive evaluations.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with the latest advancements in pediatric medicine.
