Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican, is seeking an energetic and motivated Spanish Speaking Advanced Practice Provider to join our collegial Mission Clinic in Santa Cruz, CA. We are a physician owned, multi-specialty group comprised of more than 100 providers that are committed to building healthier communities. We are affiliated with Dominican Hospital and aligned with one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the nation and the largest hospital system in California.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary, sign on and relocation assistance
  • Salary Range:
    • Nurse Practitioner: $135,026.00 - $151,229.00 DOE
    • Physician Assistant: $142,112.00 - $159,165.00 DOE
  • Comprehensive benefits including 100% employer paid medical, dental

  • CME allowance of $1,500 annually
  • A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
  • Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
  • Completion of state mandated educational courses

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Current and unrestricted California NP or PA license
  • National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
  • Family Medicine or Primary Care experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and clinical skills
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, culturally competent care to a diverse patient population
