Dignity Health Medical Group invites an ambitious and skilled Cardiologist to join our esteemed and expanding practice in Prescott, AZ. This dynamic role offers the chance to provide
comprehensive patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings under the guidance of the clinical chairman. Your responsibilities will encompass diagnosing and treating cardiovascular disorders, performing patient exams, conducting diagnostic tests, developing tailored treatment plans, prescribing medications, coordinating referrals, and maintaining precise patient records. Excellence in communication with patients, colleagues, and administration is paramount.

Responsibilities

• Patient Population: 65+
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour clinic days
• Procedures: Invasive/Non-Invasive
• Practice: Office-based and inpatient hospital service
• Diagnostics:TEE, Pacemakers, Reading inpatient and outpatient studies, stress and echo studies
• On-call: Usually 1 weekday and every 5th weekend


Qualifications

• Completion of a residency in medicine and a fellowship in cardiology from ACGME- approved programs
• Current BC/BE in Cardiology (American Board of Internal Medicine/Cardiology)
• Valid state medical license (MD or DO)
• Valid DEA certificate
• Open to new graduates and experienced cardiologists
