The posted compensation range of $307,833 - $323,225 /year is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As our Emergency Medicine physician you will; Serve as a critical lifeline in a close-knit Minnesota community, practicing broad-spectrum Emergency Medicine and directly contributing to critical care and stabilization for a vast, appreciative service area. - 13 Bed ED with 2 Trauma Bays
Job Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine
- Active or eligible license in the state of Minnesota
- Strong clinical skills with experience in Emergency Medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families
