The posted compensation range of $285,000 - $310,000 /year is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Details
Dignity Health Medical Group – Northridge is seeking Nocturnist to join our team at Northridge Hospital Medical Center in Northridge, CA.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care during overnight shifts.
- Be part of a collegial and supportive group of hospitalists, working together to provide excellent care.
- Work at a single hospital location, Northridge Hospital Medical Center, a well-regarded 424-bed acute care facility.
- Manage a 7 on, 7 off schedule (183 annual shifts) with convenient shift options: 7PM-5AM or 10PM-8AM.
- Benefit from a closed ICU, ensuring a focused and manageable scope of practice.
- Have access to ongoing professional development within an established and respected multispecialty group.
- Compensation: $285-300k annually + quarterly productivity
Job Requirements
- MD or DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to high-quality inpatient care
- Ability to work flexible shifts, with occasional weekend availability strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- 2+ years of hospitalist experience strongly preferred
