Dignity Health Medical Group – Northridge, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established outpatient practice. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Outpatient-Only Practice:Focus on comprehensive primary care without inpatient responsibilities.

Light Call Schedule:Phone-only call duties, promoting work-life balance.
Single Clinic Location:Practice at one convenient clinic conveniently located to our affliated hospital, Northridge Hospital Medical Center.
Competitive Compensation: 18m salary guarantee period of $250,000 - $290,000 annualy + productivity incentives. Additional offerings include:
- Sign-on bonus up to $125k
- Student Loan Repayment up to $100k
- Residency Stipend up to $24k
- Relocation Assistance up to $20k
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness Eligible

Responsibilities
Primary Care & Preventive Health
Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals across the lifespan
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions common in primary care
Promote wellness through preventive screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling
Patient Communication & Education
Build lasting relationships through compassionate, clear communication
Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies
Support shared decision-making and culturally competent care
Care Coordination & Team Collaboration
Work closely with nurses, specialists, and care coordinators to ensure seamless, integrated care
Participate in interdisciplinary case discussions and quality initiatives
Refer patients to appropriate specialty or ancillary services when needed
Clinical Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records in accordance with legal and regulatory standards
Document clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
Ensure adherence to coding, billing, and compliance guidelines
Diagnostics & Office-Based Procedures
Order, interpret, and act upon lab results, imaging, and other diagnostic tests
Perform common in-office procedures such as skin biopsies, joint injections, and basic wound care
Monitor response to treatment and adjust plans as clinically appropriate
Continuous Learning & Quality Improvement
Stay current with evidence-based guidelines and advancements in primary care
Engage in continuing medical education and clinical quality improvement initiatives
Contribute to the development of protocols and best practices within the practice
Qualifications
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license
- Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
- Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
- Passionate about primary care and building long-term patient relationships.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
