The posted compensation range of $104,000 - $520,000 /year is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CHI St. Vincent Primary and Convenient Care - Sherwood are actively seeking a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established and growing primary care practice in north Little Rock, Arkansas.
The Opportunity:
As a Family Nurse Practitioner at our Sherwood clinic, you will have the chance to:
- Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care, fostering strong and lasting relationships within the community.
- Manage a steady flow of patients throughout the day, allowing for focused and personalized medical attention.
- Benefit from the efficiency and integration of Epic, our electronic health record system, streamlining your clinical workflow.
- Collaborate within a supportive and multidisciplinary team of experienced primary care physicians and advanced practice providers, enhancing your professional growth and patient outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arkansas, or eligibility to obtain one.
- Previous clinical experience in a primary care setting is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
- Excellent diagnostic, treatment, and patient education skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems; experience with Epic is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to quality care and patient safety.
