The posted compensation range of $276,633 - $301,240 /year is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Details
As our Family Medicine Physician, you will join our dynamic healthcare team in Nebraska City,specializing in diagnosing and treating paitients making a significant impact on their lives and families.
Every day you will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of patientsand their families.
To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board-certified, and compassionate Hospitalist, possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing complex patients, alongside strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.
- Clinic Hours Monday-Friday 7am to 5pm
- Ability to provide a Complete Range of Services to a Diverse Patient Range - Infants to Adults.

Job Requirements
Required
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible license in the state of Iowa
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families
