The posted compensation range of $49.54 - $73.30 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities

CHI St. Vincent Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced PRN Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to join our compassionate team in Morrilton, AR. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within a supportive and collaborative environment.

As a Hospitalist APN, you will be a vital part of our healthcare team, working under the supervision and direction of collaborating physicians or the Medical Director for the Hospitalist program. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct, comprehensive, preventative, and therapeutic healthcare to patients and families.
  • Conducting thorough assessments, diagnoses, and developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Prescribing medications, counseling patients, and offering clear instructions in full compliance with Nurse Practitioner Protocols and all regulations governing Advanced Practice Nurses.
  • Delivering healthcare services for which you are educationally prepared and for which competence has been attained and maintained.
  • Contributing to all aspects of coordination within the Hospitalist program, including fiscal accountability, time, and resource management.
  • Performing other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of our hospitalist services.

Job Requirements
  • Current Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) licensure in Arkansas.
  • Acute Care certification is required.
  • Documentation compliant with the State Nursing Board of satisfactory completion of a nurse practitioner educational program and completion of a preceptorship.
  • Eligibility for a Medicare provider number and DEA registration.
  • Proven experience in APN patient care.
