What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing comprehensive primary care services to adult patients.
- Managing a diverse patient panel with a focus on preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute illnesses.
- Collaborating effectively with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with patients and their families.
- Engaging in shared phone call duties to ensure continuous patient support.

Compensation Range:The compensation range for this position is estimated at$261,962 - $376,164 annually. This range reflects what CommonSpirit Health, in good faith, believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
