At Dignity Health, part of our mission is to partner with independent practices and groups to deliver care and healing to our communities. We are currently seeking a Pediatrician to join one of our community partners in the Henderson, NV area. This is a well-established growing practice that has a reputation for taking the time to provide excellent patient care. Below is a snapshot of the details as well as hyperlinks to acquaint you with the practice, community and our affiliate hospital, St. Rose Dominican-Siena Campus (Dignity Health).
Responsibilities
The Opportunity:
- Join 3 established and highly regarded pediatricians and 1 Family Nurse Practitioner in their private pediatric practice that has been serving the Las Vegas/Henderson communities for 18 years
- Full scope general pediatrics practice
- Practice promotes a strong work culture of fun, integrity and teamwork, with providing the highest quality healthcare to pediatric patients at the forefront of everything they do
- 1:6 shared call ratio
- Work in only 1 clinic
- No after-hours mommy calls
- Newborn rounding at only 1 hospital
- Award winning affiliate hospital offering:
- Children’s Emergency Room with 11 private treatment rooms
- Level III NICU
- Baby-Friendly Designated
- Pediatric Unit with PICU
- Competitive compensation and employment agreement
- Starting comp of $180,000 - $200,000 (DOE) with 4-day per week clinic schedule, newborn rounding and call
- Signing bonus and relocation assistance
- Metrics based productivity bonus eligibility
- Paid medical, dental, matching 401K, and $1500 CME available your first year
