The posted compensation range of $105.76-$115.38/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As a full time Pediatrician, you will join 4 established and highly regarded Pediatricians and 2 Advanced Practice Practitioners dedicated to providing the highest quality care to our patients in the Henderson area for 20 years. At Dignity Health, part of our mission is to partner with independent practices to deliver care and healing to our communities. Currently, one of our community partners, Siena Pediatrics are seeking a Pediatrician to join the practice. New grads encouraged to apply.

Siena Pediatrics is a full scope general practice and a robust mentorship for recent graduates and the stability of an established Patient base with strong referral network
To be successful in this role, you will be a board certified or board eligible Pediatrician ensuring strong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality, comprehensive care within a busy, community-focused practice.
We are offering a competitive compensation with a starting comp of $180,000 - $200,000 (DOE) with 4-day per week clinic schedule, newborn rounding and call along with a signing bonus and relocation assistance. Metrics based productivity bonus eligibility and paid medical, dental, matching 401K, and $1500 CME available your first year.
