The posted compensation range of $275,000 - $290,000 /year is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As a Pediatrician with Healthy Living Primary Care, you will deliver exceptional patient care within a highly-regarded and well-established primary care group in Folsom, CA. Every day you will provide full-spectrum pediatric care, including newborn rounding at Mercy Hospital of Folsom, patient and family education, chronic care management, and remote patient management. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of dedicated healthcare professionals in a supportive and high-tech environment. Expect to build strong patient and family relationships quickly due to significant patient demand, allowing you to establish a thriving practice. This position offers the autonomy to practice medicine with a patient-centered approach while being fully supported in your efforts to empower patients on their journey to optimal health.

Job Requirements
Required
- Completion of an ACGME accredited training program
- Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
- 2+ years post training pediatric practice experience
- Excellent clinical skills with a strong understanding of pediatric concerns and conditions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
