The posted compensation range of $350,000 - $375,000 /year is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. - Obstetrics Emergency Department (OB ED): Patients who are 14 weeks pregnant or further along are triaged directly by FBC hospital staff, ensuring immediate and expert care for acute obstetric needs.
- Optional Hospital Call Obligations: While you can deliver your own patients, hospital call is optional. If desired, you can choose to take limited shifts.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
Completion of an ACGME accredited residency program
Current California medical licensure or ability to obtain it
- Must be board certified or board eligible in OBGYN
2-5 years of OBGYN (including GYN surgery) practice experience
Entrepreneurial acumen
