Memorial Family Practice is offering an outstanding Family Medicine opportunity to practice in Chickamauga, Georgia, just south of Chattanooga, TN.

- Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM

- Cognitive assessment with a blend of primary care procedures

Job Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty
- Current DEA
- AHA BLS Certification
- A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible for the state of Georgia and/or Tennessee

CommonSpirit Memorial GA has 64 Patient rooms, a 24 bed Emergency Department, 5 Operating Rooms, 2 Endoscopy Suites, and onsite Lab and Imaging Services.
