Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Primary Care Physician at Healthy Living Primary Care, you will redefine patient care by fostering deep, lasting relationships within a high-performing practice. Leveraging the strength of the Hill Physicians network and Aledade ACO programs, you'll be part of a team dedicated to exceptional quality outcomes and a true patient-centered approach. You will have the unique opportunity to shape treatment plans, focusing on preventive health and enjoying professional fulfillment in a supportive, physician-led environment. This role is ideal for physicians seeking to escape the transactional and embrace a holistic, rewarding medical career.

Every day you will deliver personalized care with ample time for patient interaction, thanks to 30-minute appointments and a manageable daily average of 15-16 patients. You'll benefit from 4 hours of protected administrative time weekly and the flexibility of half-day telemedicine from home. Your practice will be supported by a dedicated team including Medical Assistants, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and care coordination staff. You will also participate in a shared call schedule with light volume, allowing for genuine work-life balance and never experiencing a double-booking culture.

To be successful in this role, you will be a board-certified or board-eligible physician passionately committed to relationship-based, preventive care. You should thrive in a collaborative, physician-led environment, eager to utilize modern facilities and integrated services like behavioral health, weight management, chronic care management, and remote patient monitoring. Your vision for primary care will prioritize quality over volume, allowing you to build strong patient panels quickly within an established and busy practice.

We are offering a competitive earning potential of $280,000–$320,000+, including a first-year income guarantee and productivity bonuses, provided by Healthy Living Primary Care. A significant signing bonus and relocation assistance are provided, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. They support both full-time and part-time employment, with all benefits prorated. Join a culture that champions provider well-being, offers opportunities for leadership and program development, and values robust physician leadership and mentorship.
