The posted compensation range of $315,000 - $325,000 /year is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As an experienced OB/GYN Laborist/Hospitalist with Camellia Women's Health, you will play a pivotal role in providing compassionate and comprehensive women's healthcare within a dynamic, physician-owned practice in Sacramento, CA. This OB/GYN physician opportunity focuses on delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population, contributing to our legacy of over 40 years in women's health. You'll be instrumental in developing robust hospitalist services and ensuring exceptional patient outcomes.
Every day you will manage high-risk obstetrics, provide OB Hospitalist coverage, and offer consultations for ER/floor GYN emergencies, including surgical interventions. You will leverage access to a Level III NICU and collaborate seamlessly with a supportive team of OB/GYNs and Nurse Practitioners. Enjoy the flexibility to design your schedule with 12-13 shifts per month, offering a blend of days and nights, or the option for 24-hour shifts, tailoring your work-life balance to your preferences.
To be successful in this role, you will possess expertise in high-risk obstetrical care and emergency GYN procedures. Job Requirements
Required
- Completion of ACGME accredited training program(s)
- Board certified or board eligible in Obstectrics and Gynecology
- Minimum 1 year of post residency OBGYN experience
- Excellent clinical and surgical skills
- Must be comfortable working in a busy service and delivering high risk OB patients
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
