The posted compensation range of $450,000 - $475,000 /year is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Requirements
Are You the Exceptional Anesthesiologist We're Searching For?
- Completion of ACGME accredited training program(s)
- Board certified or board eligible in General Anesthesiology
- Current California medical licensure or ability to obtain it
- Excellent clinical skills with robust clinical reasoning abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
- Entrepreneurial acumen
