Job Details
As our RN Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Advanced Practice Provider), you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-value, top-quality patient care within a physician-facing organization dedicated to community access. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in a supportive, team-oriented environment where your commitment to a greater cause and professional growth are highly valued.
Every day you will be responsible for rapid patient assessment and accurate nursing diagnoses, collaborating closely with our Medical Doctor partners to ensure safe diagnostic testing and the development of optimal patient care plans. You will also be entrusted with performing advanced practice procedures and consistently applying the nursing process to promote and restore the optimal health and well-being of every patient under your care. To be successful in this role, you will possess a current and valid RN Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure, coupled with a deep-seated passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong autonomous decision-making skills, a collaborative spirit for working with MD partners, and a proven track record in advanced practice procedures. Your ability to integrate and apply the nursing process effectively, along with an unwavering commitment to our mission and core values, will be essential for thriving in this impactful position.
Join our team as an RN Practitioner or a Physician Assistant:
- Assume responsibility and accountability for rapid assessment, nursing diagnosis and works with MD partners to assure safe patient diagnostic testing and optimal plan of care.

We believe in compensating our talent exceptionally well. For this critical role, we're offering compensation in the range of $70.00 - $80.00 /hourly
Job Requirements
Required
- 1 year of experience in a clinical or advance practice setting
- Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty
- Graduate from an Accredited School Of Nursing required
- Registered Nurse Practitioner Licensure for; and listed on the state Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) Registry required. Board certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, in applicable population foci and/or sub-specialty.
- RN or PA License required
- BLS from the American Heart Association may be required depending on practice setting
- ACLS from the American Heart Association may be required depending on practice setting
- Have Prescriptive Authority (RXN) or have Provisional Prescriptive Authority (RXN-P), if applicable for role with associated articulated plan.
