The posted compensation range of $275,000 - $300,000 /year is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Exceptional Rewards Package:
- Guaranteed Salary: $275,000–$300,000 for your first two years.
- Signing Bonus: Up to $125,000. Note: The signing bonus amount may be adjusted if student loan assistance is also utilized.

Job Requirements
- MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license
- DEA Certification
